Every candidate who telephones in response to the advertised position will be telephone screened by a recruitment consultant against the job requirement. During which all the preliminary information like candidate's professional, educational and personal background are gathered. This gives an opportunity to identify any gaps between the advertised position and that of the candidate's career aspirations.
Candidates who best match the client requirement and the job criteria will be Short-listed.
Informal reference checks are conducted by CBS to verify the listed achievements and past work experiences. After this phase a list is handed over to the client with our recommendations.
Later we arrange for interviews of the short-listed candidates with our clients, for them to verify the technical expertise and skill-set of the candidate. Each candidate is made aware of the thorough interview process before they are sent to the interview with the clients.
This is followed by a formal reference checks with educational, professional and personal background. In this phase the entire employment history of the candidates is verified thoroughly.
Successful candidates will be informed to join on a specific date after accepting the offer from the company. And advices to unsuccessful candidates are given. We actively participate even in the negotiation process which includes compensations.
CBS contacts both the company and the candidate to ensure that the candidate has joined on the commencement date as on the offer letter and again after few days to check the candidate’s progress.
However, the recruitment process changes during mass recruitment.
